Responsibilities:

The Administrator maintains general oversight of YNPN Triangle NC operations and manages all records of the organization. The Administrator:

  • Manages organizational e-mail, checking daily and responding to requests from members
  • Monitors and oversees organizational listserv
  • Supports Chair in securing space for meetings and other necessary logistics
  • Collects, reviews, and distributes monthly committee reports
  • Tracks board member meeting attendance
  • Keeps copies of bylaws and policy statements
  • Takes minutes at all board and Executive Committee meetings
  • Ensures minutes of meetings are distributed within 5 business days 
  • Acts as primary point of contact for incoming volunteers, reviewing interest forms and setting-up appropriate meetings and connections for volunteers
  • Leads presentations and/or task forces when necessary 
  • Maintains and supports a culture of information sharing by ensuring the retainment of electronic documentation for future board members, boards of directors

Time Commitment
15 - 20 hours per month for two years
