This year, YNPN Triangle NC’s professional development events are all based on our Competency Model. The Competency Model consists of four pillars that reflect the skills we’ve found through research that emerging nonprofit leaders need to be successful: Effective Communication, Personal Management, Leadership Development, and Technical Skills. Each quarter we will host a professional development event that hits each one of these competencies. This month’s event will focus on Technical Skills: Fundraising
