Board of Directors (Chair) and Senior Fundraising Chair
Responsibilities:
The Junior Fundraising Chair ensures the financial viability and sustainability of the organization by crafting and executing plans to achieve revenue targets. The Fundraising Chairs cultivate and nurture ongoing relationships with key funders, donors, partners, and other organizations that support the mission-driven work of YNPN Triangle NC campaign.
The Junior Fundraising Chair will:
- Support the Senior Fundraising Chair in the implementation and alignment of fundraising initiatives to the overall strategic goals for the year
- Work with the Programming Committee to coordinate fundraising campaigns including: sponsorship for summit and monthly programming events, individual giving, fundraising event(s) and board give/get
- Provide on-going stewardship of YNPN Triangle NC donors and funders through multiple communication vehicles and share opportunities for deeper levels of engagement
- Maintain fundraising data and ensure accurate donation records with assistance from the Treasurer
- Delegate tasks to committee members and ensures established guidelines are being met
- Ensure the fundraising committee members are adhering to budgetary goals for the current fiscal year
- Manage Basecamp and ensure all committee members are aware of their responsibilities and assignments
- Support the organization through the annual Board Give/Get Campaign at a contribution level of $100 or more
Skills and Experience:
