Finding and Cultivating the Right Mentor Relationship

Event Description:

Join YNPN to learn the ins and outs of finding, developing, and nurturing a mentor relationship. Studies show that people with mentors earn higher salaries, are promoted more frequently, and report higher job satisfaction. On Thursday, April 26th, join us for a dynamic panel of nonprofit leaders and experienced mentors and mentees, followed by in-depth table discussions on:

  • Identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strong mentor/mentee relationships
  • The incremental benefit--personally and professionally--of having a mentor
  • Pitfalls to avoid in mentor relationships
  • And more!

You will also have time to reflect on your own personal and professional goals, and begin developing a thoughtful action plan in your search for the right mentor. Whether you are interested in learning more about finding a mentor, or interested in paying it forward by becoming a mentor, this will be a program you don’t want to miss.
