YNPN Triangle is one of 42 Chapters across the country dedicated to empowering emerging leaders by connecting them to people, resources, and ideas. Every year, we come together for the national conference and it’s an amazing experience. Here are 5 Reasons You Should Go to YNPN National Conference:

When I went to the national conference last year in Atlanta, Georgia I could not get over how friendly and nice everyone was. From your fellow YNPN members to the speakers, everyone comes ready to make new friends and have fun. This conference is an equitable, positive space for all to feel welcome. 2) The opportunity to explore
So often at conferences, we end up spending much of the time locked away in the center. Not at YNPN National! Each year the conference is hosted by a different chapter, and with this comes a chance to experience the city. Last year in Atlanta we toured The National Center for Civil and Human Rights and visited several local restaurants with delicious food. This year’s national conference is in Indianapolis!

3) The professional development
This one seems rather obvious, but the breakout sessions and keynote are truly inspirational. The best and brightest presenters are brought in to facilitate sessions that are engaging. You’re not the only one who experiences burnout. You’re not the only one who is juggling multiple projects. You’re not the only one who wants to make a difference.
