 Working in groups can be frustrating, but it can also be the key success. Join us for Team Work Makes the Dream Work: Efficient and Effective Teams on August 23. Attendees will use their teamwork and communication skills to complete a team building challenge. This interactive task will focus on working with a small group and communicating essential information

This year, YNPN’s professional development events are all based on our Competency Model. The Competency Model consists of four pillars that reflect the skills we’ve found through research that emerging nonprofit leaders need to be successful: Effective Communication, Personal Management, Leadership Development, and Technical Skills. Each quarter we will host a professional development event that hits each one of these competencies. This month’s event will focus on Effective Communication: Collaboration & Teamwork.
