Please join us for what will be a casual and stress-busting atmosphere to dive into the power of play, discuss ways and places to have fun in our region, and practice some easy (and free!) activities to maintain mindfulness and play in your own life and career! Participants will receive digital activities and resources to complete during and after the event, and shared opportunities for play and fun in the Triangle will be aggregated and sent to participants!
