Meet your board of directors! YNPN Triangle NC is a completely volunteer-run organization. We're always looking for new voices and emerging leaders to join us at the table. Please reach out to any of us below with your questions and ideas on how we can better support you - our members!

Arlene is an enthusiastic team player, able to lead or follow, and challenges others to strive for greatness. This innate talent is her superpower, and as a "30-something", she's just getting started! She currently works as the Manager of Membership and Engagement at the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, helping to make clean energy accessible to everyone.

Kacie identified the need for YNPN Triangle NC and set on a quest to encourage its development before moving out of state. Kacie moved to North Carolina and worked to begin the local YNPN chapter, but moved to another state for a job position before she was able to see the work completed. Special thanks to her for identifying the need in the Triangle and assisting in making it happen!
Kay was instrumental in the early days of YNPN Triangle, helping us get organized and off the ground. As an advocate for all young nonprofit professionals, her leadership helped steer YNPN Triangle NC and put us in the strong position we are in today.
